Multitenant monitoring and teleservice for energy plants

Heating systems, combined heat and power plants (CHP) are only some examples of „decentralized supply systems“. Service and operation of these plants are combined with cost-intensive round tours. With empuron supervise service times and activities can be optimized, plants can be telecommanded by teleservice. 

By its Internet interface empuron supervise provides the data of the plants at arbitrary locations. The data transfer to the central data warehouse happens via the locally installed control. Data are available there for evaluations over the Internet user interface of empuron supervise. 

As soon as errors arise in the plant, empuron supervise carries out the alerting, e.g. by Voicemail, SMS and/or email, if desired with acknowledgement by the user.  The analysis of the system errors with the aid of empuron supervise is a breeze. The system errors are visible by a few mouse clicks. Filter possibilities and auxiliary evaluations result in the desired details for the error removal.

Application in the control technology

With special components empuron supervise is applicable as control system in the industrial manufacture or in the facility management. In doing so, driver modules are coupling the necessary protocols to the supervise data base.

The manifold possibilities during the evaluation, which are realized with the help of the empuron visual components, permit evaluation of the archive and the concise representation of time series.
