As service and operation of photovoltaic plants is frequently associated with cost-intensive and time-killing visits, empuron supervise facilitates this work enormously. empuron supervise monitors the plants automatically, stores their operating data and alerts the particular operator or service provider e.g. per Voicemail, SMS and/or E-Mail in case of abnormalities from the optimal plant behaviour. Of course the users also get a platform in order to inform theirselves of messages and characteristics of the plant as well as to order statistic data evaluation of the photovoltaic plants at any time.

Support on the trouble-shooting 

Status and fault reports of the plants can be viewed via internet. Every service call can be prepared and controlled on this basis.
The procedure of a trouble shooting by the service provider could be, e.g.:

• Transmission of an alarm via Voicemail, SMS and/or E-Mail 
• Access to local plant information via internet
• Interactive evaluation of the information
• Trouble shooting by tele-control and/or planning of the service call incl. the  required auxiliary material
  

Through automatical monitoring of the plant characteristics failures can be detected before they appear.

empuron supervise can be offered internet based as hosting solution (operation of a software solution as a user service)  – Operation and maintenance of the system is administrated by empuron. Alternatively empuron supervise can be operated locally via LAN. 

Normally the information is transferred per telefone circuit (modem, ISDN). Of course other transmission routes (e.g. GSM or GPRS) are insertable as well. For the data capture existing on-site data communication components of the power inverter producer are used (e.g. from SMA, Siemens, Fronius or Sunways).
